The story behind COMPROMATH
COMPROMATH was founded in Bangladesh in 2016 by Elliyas Ahmed, a Computer Science graduate and independent entrepreneur. His interest in computers and technology grew into a blog focused on explaining technical topics and sharing practical knowledge.
The name COMPROMATH brings together three ideas:
- COM stands for Computer
- PRO stands for Programming
- MATH stands for Mathematics
Since its founding, COMPROMATH has continued to share practical technology content for readers who want to understand how things work, solve problems, and make better-informed decisions.
Our approach
Useful technology content should answer real questions, explain the steps clearly, and be honest about limitations. We aim to publish accurate, practical articles with clear explanations and titles that reflect what readers will find on the page.
When we review or recommend a product or service, we aim to explain its benefits, limitations, and suitability for different needs. Some links may earn COMPROMATH a commission at no additional cost to the reader. Affiliate relationships do not change our commitment to providing useful information.
Elliyas also develops products for website owners, including MigraSync, a service for Blogger-to-WordPress migration and WordPress backups. These products have their own websites, while COMPROMATH remains focused on publishing articles, tutorials, and reviews.
